Artist's Comments
On a trip to the zoo one summer, I was surprised to see that all the animals were still fast asleep when I arrived. Seeing that it was past noon, I could only assume that they had stayed up late the previous night. I wondered what they had been up to, so that evening I went to find out.
Models: Melissa, Gene, Lizzie, Micah, Stacey, Steve 8"x11" This is part of a series called "Party Animals" that I did for school. It is part of my classes photography exhibition called Social Spectrum and is currently being shown at Gallery Vertigo in Vernon until March 5th, then it's off to UBC Vancouver! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
